WORKSHOP

Sound Signature

This workshop combines focus and expansion in Shiatsu practice.

The art of being concretely and decisively in contact and at the same time empowering one's own alignment to show itself liberated. Through the clear presence and the expansion of being we enter into contact with the personal world of sound. This specific sound we experience in the nonintentional process of letting it arise. We consciously perceive the connection to this sound within ourselves - as well as in the system of the client - and in the common resonance. Through a liberated breathing emerges a unique sound aspect.
For me, this is a very personal workshop on a topic that has accompanied me for a long time.

WORKSHOP

Emotional trauma

Our humanity is a fabric made of the material of our pains and sorrows. Our body has recorded, memorised in its depths the litany of these sad stories.

What happens to all this when our humanity comes face to face with that of our patient? Does humanity become "professional"? Does it disappear? Under what masks? How do we act? How to act? How to be? Faced with the suffering of the other.

How to make shiatsu a space invested with true humanity, an experience of Compassion.

Compassion by insisting on "passion", in the sense that this word has when it speaks to us of the twelve stations of the way of the cross of Christ.

EXERCISES

Meridian stretching exercises

There are many different ways to train, strengthen and centre your body as a sensory tool. One possibility are the meridian stretching exercises according to Masunaga. A small section of these exercises are also known as Makkoho exercises. The latter serve me as a basic framework which I have enriched with elements of a dance related stretching. In this unit I focus on the unfolding of the meridian stretching exercises from the centre. Like the rhythmic movement of a sea anemone, the meridians initiate opening and closing movements.

We will practise the meridian stretches from this point of view of expansion and contraction. On the one hand, this shows the polarity from which the life dynamics of each meridian function originate and, on the other hand, allows us to perceive the respective meridian function in the body holistically.

Exploring the Relationship between Body and Mind

This workshop will take us on a journey of discovery through some of the different parts of our body and using different ways of accessing them. It will include experiments and movements which help us to explore particular aspects of our body and mind. We will work individually and with a partner, so that we can share what we encounter along the way. Our aim is to expand and deepen our experience of our own individual anatomy, and to understand more about what it means to be human in the process.

Sei-Ki - Meet Ki; body/mind senses

When the body changes, the mind changes. When mind changes, body changes with it. Human beings are filled with original joy. We are not really alive so long as we cannot feel this.

It’s a body thing. There is no separation. Sei-ki is free and dynamic. When we are fully engaged in the present moment, what-to-do shows itself. Ki can be experienced directly once there’s resonance with a living “now”. Breathing changes, the body begins to open up and shows its needs through spontaneous movement. The person receiving Sei-Ki recovers his natural movement, and this has a self-regulating effect. Then the Ki in your body/mind senses, meets and mingles with the Ki of the other. Both reach down towards their original nature. This is a characteristic of Sei-Ki.

In Sei-Ki, the key training is GYOKI. Gyoki exercises provide a valid foundation for practice of the art. Through Gyoki, we encounter the essence of Ki: RESONANCE. Resonance makes for awareness of “oneness” and Mu-shin (no-self) and this in turn gives rise to joy and serenity.

Kyoko will introduce us to the basics of Sei-Ki.

WORKSHOP

The magic of resonance - an essence of Wu Wei

Authentic, honest touch allows us to be fully with our client rather than doing something or following an inner programme. This creates an effortless resonance between giver and receiver. Authentic touch is inherently space-creating ... this is where the magic lies in direct contact in Shiatsu, this is where space is created!

In this workshop we will explore and practice allowing an inner space to emerge, which is essential for authentic touch.

Every person has different life experiences.  It is not our task to penetrate the ki field of another. It is about the trainable ability to perceive and be with the other person's ki without judging it. Experiencing and respecting the Ki is our attitude in Shiatsu.

Each of us possesses the innate intuition and thus the knowledge of what true contact and touch feels like. We support the emergence of this "space of being". Instead of falling into doing, we open ourselves to the flow that arises from the resonance of true contact. We not only welcome lightness and joy, they serve as our guide.

Presence...

This kind of touch requires an empty mind and honesty with ourselves. How are we confronted with changing feelings, body states and thoughts? Being unconditionally in the here and now with our clients requires trust in the process that can arise through this in our togetherness. We show exercises that help you to be more present and to arrive fully in the moment.

It also requires acceptance for the way we appear to ourselves internally; not only for ourselves as practitioners, but also for the clients, so that they can actually open up in the way that is possible and important for them.

Developing a dialogue through touch...

What conversations arise and take place when we touch?  We listen and sometimes ask through touch.  We listen through touch.  Sometimes we hear silence, sometimes we hear a request. The "not knowing- needing" can play a very crucial role - we treat in the spirit of "Wu Wei".

An experimental workshop for all who want to look at the joy and magic of Shiatsu in a new way.

WORKSHOP

Being mirror

What does "Being mirror" mean? What does it bring to my shiatsu practice?

This expression immediately throws the attention back to myself. To my own inner attitude. What kind of posture is needed to be able to be a mirror? This throwing back of attention takes place on all levels: a physically clear and permeable alignment and straightening up serves relaxation and letting go, wideness and appropriate expansion. Presence. Being in the now.

Mirroring is pure presence. Only here am I able to mirror. My opposite partner and myself.

This outer clear posture then allows the mind to let go. It allows us to perceive tensions, feelings, thoughts and soul impulses - in their ever changing nature - and thus not to have to identify with them. In this way, individual evaluations and entanglements can be withdrawn. Practising this attitude even leads to the dissolution of such patterns. It increases our ability to perceive and the immediate resonance with the system of the other person. Trueness - „taking it for true". A true togetherness, resonating with each other. This is also perceived by the other person, consciously and unconsciously. Protective patterns can relax, a space of trust develops and expands. This person can show herself more deeply, confide in herself. In his or her true being. True encounter. Beyond techniques, concepts, knowledge or wanting.

What we all experienced for sure: in such a naturally vibrating encounter, observing the face opens up a view into deeper levels of being, into the deeper world of experience of a person. The face, the whole body, reflects the inner being, the essence ... in this way we "capture" our partner further. We recognise. Quite naturally, intuitively, with inner knowledge.
This leads us deeper into the encounter. And it leads to a lively interplay of mirroring ourselves and mirroring each other. These movements take place in me and in my partner. Ki mirrors itself in a vibrating way ... thus a recognition takes place: of a path, of solutions, unexpected widening of horizons ... and also a remembrance of how it used to be, of forgotten solutions, of the source of being ... the source ...
Aspects of "being a mirror" can be directly translated into touch. In which way? That is what we will explore in this workshop. What is the effect of being a mirroring counterpart in the encounter with a person? How can I create a space in this way through mirroring alignment? Physically, mentally and also on a soul-level. What happens when I offer a "greater self" out of my own posture and encounter deeper essence traits of this person ?

We then explore inner attitudes, our own possibilities and potentials, and experience the effect of our alignment within them.

The three treasures

As shiatsu practioners we have all been trained to align ourselves between heaven and earth and to give shiatsu from the hara, the lower dan tien. But we have two more treasures: besides the Jing in the hara, we have the Qi in the heart and the Shen in the head.

You are wired with these three treasures, so called because they are precious and you need to guard them and they are a great model for development.

Your potential power is your Jing, raw and instinctive, not yet defined. This treasure is well kept in your hara, around the ming men: the gate of destiny. During your life you cultivate this power in personal and therapeutic sense, it grows, it develops. It then reaches your Qi level, where your development grows together with the regulation of thoughts and emotions by the wu xing, the five elements. In this arena you develop awareness of your personal input in the therapeutic relation and you become curious how this interplay works and how you could develop yourself as a therapist. You develop true connection.

In the end it is your overview from the silence, the Shen, that makes it possible to relate to the big picture which gives you an enormous amount of clarity. In the silence of the Shen you can see the wonder and you can see your client as she is, without projection. You can witness the core and your touch becomes clear.

A shiatsu treatment takes place on all the levels and as a therapist you will use the dynamics of your three treasures all the time. Make sure to get to know your three treasures, how they can affect your touch and scope. Make sure to develop them, they will be a great guidance!

During the kiko practice, we will open the spine from different pivot points focusing mainly on the different connective tissue chains to feel the movements in the body.

We will then discover a technique to open the facia lines which are connected to the associated meridians as well as some ampuku techniques (Ampuku zukai).

Suggesting movements to the Universe

In a Shiatsu I take for granted now that the meridians will change during a session. I have noticed that in a forty- five-minute session my mind will naturally start to roam. At a certain point in a session I can no longer concentrate on my treatment plan and it falls into the background. At the same time the resonance I am experiencing with my client has thickened. It is now very clear to me, that there are two quite different phases in a shiatsu session, a meridian-organ and meridian-field phase. The curious thing is that outwardly the techniques for each phase look the same. When the meridians change from the organ energy level to reflect the field, it is at this point we have entered the second phase of the session. Here, a whole new set of rules come into play as the energetic fields of the giver and the receiver echo the mirror of being.

At the congress I would like to describe how I navigate in the second phase of a treatment.  I will show how I suggest movements to the receiver’s field and how I use this to expand the treatment space. Although how we intuitively react when giving Shiatsu is subjective, I believe that the meridian change that moves us into the second phase of the treatment and illuminates our intuition, may not be.

Shiatsu is always working with space

Shiatsu is energy work and body work in one. As energy workers we work with space, because energy is always at least three-dimensional, never merely one- or two-dimensional. But also everything physically material, the physical structures of the body such as bones, muscles, connective tissue or internal organs, are expressions of the energetic. Accordingly, they are also energetic space.

Energetic space has a fascinating property: we can experience it with our relaxed and focused attention, examine it, work with its perceived structures and observe changes. This is true for meridianshiatsu, because meridians are energetic space. But the same is true for example for a painful joint, whose situation we can examine and touch not only manually, but also with our attention or with inner techniques.

The prerequisite for such work is a training of relaxed and focused attention. This is based on the relaxed presence of the person being treated in his or her body space, which in turn presupposes a saturated grounding and fine alignment. In such a state, the practitioner / therapist is in a heightened state of resonance, which directly affects the person being treated as well and can be used as an instrument of our Shiatsu.

In this short seminar the participants will be introduced to the fascinating side of Shiatsu outlined here. We will address the training of relaxed and focused attention and its importance to good shiatsu. The space of a meridian will be addressed, as well as the energetic space of a physical body structure like that of a joint. The possibilities experienced in this seminar will be applied by the participants at home in their Shiatsu.

Understanding and experiencing verticality

Shiatsu: mirror of being. This is self-evident, almost a given. But before it is, the pediment of the temple of Delphi reminds us: "Know thyself, thyself".

Who are we before the mirror? Who do we imagine ourselves to be? What is our innermost being? Are we subject to the finite nature of things? And are we alone in the mirror? Are there not strange reflections there? Mirages or beliefs? How much faith can we give to a mirror image? So we can stick to old texts or rely on our experiences and intuitions. But ...

For me there is fundamentally, fundamentally and essentially verticality.  As something material, an exoskeleton in a way, sophisticated and complicated, but at the same time simple and obvious, like the feeling that we are children of the sky. I can try to tell, to give an idea.

Presence and Touch

The heart of our Shiatsu is touch. We touch and are touched. How do I perceive - how can I make this available for the treatment? How do I get into a relaxed presence that allows my antennas of perception to become wide - and does this also succeed towards me? How does it feel to feel really meant?

In this Impro workshop we will take your questions and ideas on this topic and respond to them spontaneously - each in her own way - and thus share with you an excerpt from our spectrum of views and approaches. Three teachers - three different or common perspectives can be experienced here and discovered for yourself. We act out of our treasures of experience and allow a common field of possibilities to emerge on this topic, inviting you to experiment and experience with us. We share the joy, the deep contact and the lightness in and with Shiatsu.

An exciting workshop in a new format that can motivate us and you to let Shiatsu emerge from your own.

Developing internal energy to increase power

How to have more energy for your health and the practice of Shiatsu? How to see the result of your energy work and be sure that it works? How to do without words and speeches and stay in the concrete? This workshop will take place as a set of games and exercises whose aim is to bring the participants to concretely verify the increase of their energy level. Frédéric Duribreux and Ivan Bel will draw freely on the practice of martial arts, qigong, breathing, mechanical and energetic exercises, in order to bring the participants to a tangible and verifiable result. The aim of this workshop is to demonstrate that personal work, often difficult, always pays off in the short term on the physical form and in the long term on the state of health of the practitioner who must be in shape to be of service to his patients.

The Joy of Unknowing

So much “stuff” to learn, and remember.  Not just in life, but even in the relatively small world of Shiatsu.  It’s no surprise we often do not know what to do with, or how to use, this stuff.

When we practice regularly some techniques and knowledge become felt rather than thought.  An action arises from the Heart.  The “I” in our head disappears.  Some stuff that is not used becomes lost or leaks out of memory.  If not treating we may resort to notes or a textbook.  During treatments, rather than striving to know, acceptance must be cultivated. This happens at many stages during our assorted Shiatsu Journeys.  Whether experienced practitioner, teacher, or novice, forgetting and un-knowing happens.

In our society it is usually okay not to know.  We cannot know everything!  Society is less accepting and forgiving of ignorance and forgetfulness.  Fortunately, it is not necessary to learn ignorance.  It happens naturally, often when we least expect it and when it is most unpleasant.  We may fight and rebel against this forgetfulness, but if we cultivate an environment of acceptance, ignorance can become a friend, a treasure.   In these precious moments, space and joy will grow and flourish.

In this workshop we will explore those factors that restrict the flow of ki and block easy connection with recipients.   We will discover that these pressures are not problems but valuable teachers through which we can experience freedom.  Much of Shiatsu practice is about creating opportunities, moments, spaces to listen, connect and be.

The Body knows, the Soul listens, the Spirit lives

Opening up to my body’s Know How». Healing process is a Relationship – a Relationship is a Healing process. A SHIATSU SELF is born and grows up and follows all the stages of a conscious Shiatsu Life. It is a continuous process, a living process between me and me, me and the receiver, me and the world. And ... all it is about interaction first ... Our living bodies are interaction not a full content. A ‘revolutionary pause’ where Shiatsu-Self finds his/her presence and accompanies herself and the client beyond the 'known' parts. ME ... how it is ... how it could be this ME ... to acknowledge different parts of me, to make contact with no violence, listen with empathy, giving time for it that is not known yet, creating a safe space, clearing my judgemental mind ... I establish or develop my inner relationship with and through the Body Mind and all dimensions of it ... It is continuously a developing relationship, an interaction, a resonance, an open meeting in a limitless and timeless space ... Then an invitation initiates the way of relating. HOW I COULD RELATE? How could I generate the wholeness of Body-Soul-Spirit during the process of my practice? Accompanying with my embodied self, I develop empathy and listening and then unity of comes naturally.

The Neck as a Mirror of Being

The person we aspire to be is not always the person we actually are.  It is the ongoing dilemma between what our mind believes is achievable and what our body can actually achieve.  This potential opposition is part of the dilemma of life - how to find ways to bring these two different agendas together in some shape or form.

The mind tends to work in quite an outward direction - taking in information and relating very much to the world outside.  The body below on the other hand, has its own internal rhythms and movements, and is less interested and less pressurised by what’s happening outside it. The place in the body where the conflict between mind and body is often felt is the place where the head and body are both separated and joined - The Neck.

This workshop will include explorations for getting in touch with our way of presenting ourselves through the neck and introduce experiments with voice, expression and movement to help liberate patterns where conflict occurs.  It will be exploratory and fun.  I have found many of the approaches of Movement Shiatsu helpful when working with necks and I will introduce some of these as well as others in the course of this workshop.

Empty Touch — how to heal without ‚healing‘?

In this workshop we explore and realize that any conditions of our clients are just energy — the Power of Life itself. We are looking deeply and listening to the Mystery of Life — in each any every moment.
We are going into the realm beyond good or bad, right or wrong, pleasant or uncomfortable. During a session as Shiatsu-Practicioners we allow ourselves to be guided by the the multi-dimensional quality of energetic images: Hara Images, Sacred Images, True Self Images — expressions of the energetic conditions of our clients. We following the movements and frequencies on the body and off the body by dancing and swinging together with the client without 'treating'— are you aware that here is a kind of Reggae Sound in it…? Wanna try…?!
The way of contact is the way of resonance: dance and meet — and do not treat!
How can you let go of any concepts or even a masterplan in your shiatsu session?
via expansive alignment and an ‚un-focused’ focus in your session - dancing and playing. Trusting the higher wisdom Life and being guided by Life — guided by the Light… (may be we also talk about the Atomic Body…?)
With this workshop we can experience how healing just occurs — how healing just happens, without intention (or it doesn’t because it doesn’t have to…)…
Or to speak in German: “Nix is fix!"

The own body as an instrument

If the client feels well met by a Shiatsu treatment, it has been satisfying for both sides. A nurturing encounter has taken place. As a client, something has touched me, I have reached a depth, a centring, a calmness or a serenity that I would not have found so easily on my own.

I go home with a new input, in the best case with a good connection to myself. As a client, my being feels brought back into "order" through a Shiatsu, my own alignment clarified and much more. My instrument has been "tuned". We as Shiatsu practitioners are now musicians and instrument in one.

Our body, our presence, our ability to perceive, our alignment with ourselves as well as with our counterpart influence how we resonate with our counterpart. Resonare literally means "to resound". So it is about sound. For a sound to resound, it needs enough space. In touch, therefore, the experience of space is essential, also the experience of depth. Depth does not necessarily mean deep physical touch; it means that what is ready for the encounter is seen, recognised and welcomed. Whether we wave to each other from a distance or make direct contact is irrelevant. If we trust the principle of resonance, it is first of all about us as an instrument: our alignment, our whole-body presence, our well-being, our "being well tuned".  Doing and being, tension and relaxation, focus and width. Uniting these different polar forces within us is the essence of a lively and relaxed alignment.

This complex "choreography" cannot be mastered alone, but only in cooperation. There is the earth that carries us, the sky that supports us and the presence of the other person that comes alive when we allow ourselves - in the right measure - to be with each other.

In this workshop, we will first dedicate ourselves to our own inner support structure through various body exercises and get to know an inner "leaning arch".  Carried by this strength, we will then get in contact with the meridian landscape.

Meeting with empathic resonance

To do or to be - that is the question here. How to create an empathic space, through intuition, with a warm and open heart and directly ?

This workshop is about experiencing practically and playfully through different approaches what deep connection means in practice, how effective empathic resonance can be and how to use it in Shiatsu immediately. By focusing on these aspects we reach an expanded dimension of our work: deeply effective and authentic. Trusting in what opens up through compassion, through a deeper resonance, needs presence, clarity and courage.

In this workshop, a powerful space of encounter opens up through practical experience, conscious movement and our mindset.

We receive through this power - deep joy unfolds in the field.

Meridian systems and the fascial network

The systems for inner and outer stability and flexibility. The meridian system and the fascial system have many similarities. Both look at the human organism as a holistic unit. Internal organ functions, musculoskeletal system and emotions are interdependent and influence each other. No function can be fulfilled on its own, everything is in interaction with and interplay with the whole system. And this system is self-regulating depending on its own inner space and the surrounding outer space. Inner and outer stability and flexibility - from the point of view of the traditional medical systems of Japan and China, this is provided by meridians and the meridian system.

From the point of view of fasciopathy, this is ensured by fasciae and the fascial system. Fascia is the largest sensory organ of the human organism. It is the "sensitive organ" of our inner regulation, the "organ of perception" of the movement and holding apparatus as well as the "limiting organ" of our body cover.

Fascia convey the self-image and self-understanding of the human being. In this workshop we will approach the different languages of medicine and find the correspondences on a physical-structural level as well as on an emotional-spiritual level.

WORKSHOP

Beyond heaven and earth - A vibrant heart beyond heaven and earth

The choices we make, when we are faced with the possibilities that life offers us, are predominantly determined by what we most resonate with.

So, in a Shiatsu session, what we perceive depends on us, on how we are, when we touch our Uke. Resonance with Uke is essential to perform gestures useful for the purpose of the treatment. The use of the integrated senses leads to a further enrichment of useful information in the care relationship. When Heart and brain are in resonance, our perception is enriched as if by a superior sense, a sixth sense, a special synchronic presence to ourselves and to others. But what to listen to? And how do you “resonate”? These are some of the questions that will prompt words and touches during this workshop. We will do exercises around the following topics: The EARTH/HEAVEN AXIS: to distribute the weight, act with minimal muscle tone The VISIONARY EYE: present, relaxed, expanded to become a third hand The RESONANT MIND: Neutral, quiet, with positive memories In Japan there are 2 words often used in martial arts and in shiatsu enviroment: Tori and Uke. Tori is not simply the «therapist», an understatement to call Uke «patient». Thanks to the touch, a relationship is generated between Tori and Uke, an exchange between who leads and who accepts, a way to understand the reasons for Uke's Ki imbalance, which, once understood, will bring back the flow of vital energy. Taking and welcoming but also speaking and listening through multiple sensory pathways at different levels, some of which are not visible. The Shiatsu relationship, between Tori and Uke, is for me an empathetic relationship between two systems in search of the good of both. In order to carry out this experience on the futon, we should first of all increase our energy quality and act in empathy. Feel the other person inside you, from our vibrant Heart. The "alignment", during so many years of shiatsu practice, has been for me, more and more, a fundamental resource, which has allowed me to explore the different possibilities of theoretical understanding and practical experience of the "Keiraku", the meridian system according to the tradition of master Shizuto Masunaga I have happily dedicated these years to understanding the meridian as an "instrument" that brings dignity to shiatsu touch, making it capable of improving Uke's quality of life. There are different dimensions in the meridians. The meridians are recognized only with a different "state of the Heart". We just must “drop ego”. I always treat my Heart when I treat others. The only way to perceive the meridians comes from a condition of presence of the Heart which allows access to the universe. For Masunaga Sensei, discovering the meridians meant knowledge but state of the heart only sensation. In this workshop, thanks to the alignment tool, combining tradition and modernity, we will have unique experiences of energy perception.

We will use the splendid Nature of Kiental to help us take root between Earth and Heaven and thus open our senses to new perceptive nuances. Gratitude, wonder, beauty, and joy will dwell in our Heart.

Human dignity can be touched

Ki has no form. Life has no form. Yet it manifests and creates bodies, emotions, thoughts, and all the multiple phenomena that make up a being.

In Shiatsu I touch the Ki, the pure life and thus I also touch the origin of these phenomena and manifestations. But how do I do that? I need courage and dedication so that I don't get caught up in all the temptations on my way into life and end up messing around with physical symptoms or emotional states. I give up any evaluation and leave the level of conceptual, methodical work. Anyone can do it - here and now. In this workshop you will find out. It is an inner path and we walk it together, step by step. After these 3 hours your work will experience a new dimension. And no matter how you work now, your work afterwards will touch people more deeply in their dignity, in their becoming.

WORKSHOP

Landscapes

A pathway is best described by its surroundings and not the stones that lie on it. In a Shiatsu session we never walk alone. Through-out a session we are innately connected with the receiver. A connection that works both ways.

In their workshop Graeme and Patrizia will be exploring a healing resonance, a third component that can brought into or connected to during a Shiatsu session. They will introduce different ways to stimulate and mirror the givers presence in the open field while giving a treatment and discuss what spin off effects this can have on the receiver’s energy.
A third space is always present when we treat. The first space is the givers field. The second space is the receiver’s field. The third space is the open field, the universal or collective field.

Patrizia and Graeme will also show how to work with different open touch techniques that help link both the giver and receiver to the healing resonance in a session. They both use the open field in different ways in their shiatsu to magnify and strengthen the contact between themselves and their clients. The open field is a powerful source of energy that can be used to brighten and energize a treatment.

WORKSHOP

Travelling within yourself with the Void column

As a practitioner, how can we take stock of ourselves? How can we know if we still have blockages in our life path? We can of course do psychotherapy or go into meditation for a long time, but it is also possible to follow the movement of life inside us. The ancient Chinese named (but did not describe) Xu Li, the column of emptiness. This column is linked to the Stomach, the Blood, the digestive system, but above all to the passage from Heaven to Earth through us. If there is the emptiness of the mind (Zen meditation), the physical emptiness (fasting), there is also a meridian of emptiness which is little known but very useful to travel inside ourselves and reconnect to our inner space.

After more than 8 years of research, Ivan Bel, will explain what Xu Li is, what are the steps and questions that led him to this research and how to use the Void column in a practice where you can touch your own depth, that space where there is nothing but everything is possible at the same time.

The results of his research have been published in both the North American Journal of Oriental Medicine (NAJOM) and the magazine of the National Federation of Traditional Chinese Medicine (France) and acclaimed for its relevance.

Self-care, acceptance and goodwill towards yourself are important skills that enable you to get in touch with your inner self. They are supported by good self-awareness, resilience, trust and the ability to connect with yourself and others. In this workshop you will meet yourself in different facets of your being:

- yourself through the inner observer

- yourself and your counterpart in an accompanying conversation

- in the practical implementation with Shiatsu through supportive touch in order to reach the depth and core of your deepest being.

Through your own experience you develop the tools to accompany your clients in practice in a new depth. Your different levels of being are addressed and unite into a whole.
