Stop the victim
Why are we always trying to solve difficulties in our practices, not tired?
I was in the past at a certain point , maybe too long on the business, but I do not thing that was the question.
When the focus of the relationship with our clients is in what is not working exclusively, we are consolidating their patterns of victims suffering illnesses, pains or inabilities.
I believe the first thing to do is to find the capacities that are already there. Very often they are not concious of them or simply not valued.
Supports are important in their lives and they do not honor or enjoy them.
The focus is always on what is not there, change, looking for answers, elsewhere .
What about accepting and enjoying what is done every day ?
Movement Shiatsu is a beautiful tool for learning to deal with the present in an active way.
We are not there to solve problems but to help to flourish what is already waiting to be recognized. Then it will become useful to resolve the conflicts that bother our clients, empowering them.
To discover our body, the sensations and options it offers, is the pathway to health .
We will be discovering inner support using gravity, the concepts of ” no effort “, movement and pleasure.
Shiatsu is too interesting not to be enjoyed.
